Energy Saving Type Electric Power Aluminum Holding Furnace

1. Features

1) Ultra-high heat utilization efficiency, and low power consumption. It saves power consumpstion by more than 40% compared wih the traditional radiation type holding furnace.

2) There is no aluminum liquid burning loss or slag hanging phenomenon.

3) The furnace adopts high quality refractory material with a long lining service life (up to 5 years under normal use condition)

4) Adopt Japanese imported protective tube which has a long service life, safe and stable.

5) PID temperature control system with an accuracy of ±2℃.

6) The Control Panel has multiple safety functions such as aluminum liquid over-temperature alarm, atmosphere over-temperature alarm, heater circuit breakage alarm, etc.
