2.CNC 32XEM 3D CNC pipe bending machine function description

1) Machine Features

XEM series 3D CNC tube bending machine is a fully electric driven multifunctional 3D

CNC tube bending machine with left and right coexistence.

It has a high rigidity mechanical structure design and precision process level in accordance

with the principle of dynamic mechanics. With structural strength, the simple bending hand

and bending head design provide the largest bending space,

which minimizes the interference range of the machine. With the automatic program control system,

it can ensure that all types of steel tube bending work with high difficulty can easily meet the

dual requirements of mass production and high precision.

The powerful electric booster is a high-end model specially developed for high-tech bending needs.

Its special feeder mechanism is combined with a patented speed-changing structure to push the

bent pipes directly and forcefully.

Combined with the precise computer automatic tracking bending speed function,

it can easily perform extreme bending conditions that cannot be achieved by general standard models,

such as extremely small bending radius, thinner pipes or thicker pipes.

The upper and lower symmetrical multi-layer mold design can install left and right molds

with various different radii for automatic mold change for bending work,

overcoming the interference problem of single-direction rotating head processing.

It can clamp and process complex workpieces with high difficulty

such as left and right symmetry at one time,

greatly improving the accuracy and convenience of pipe bending processing.

The automatic mold change adopts the principle of up and down displacement and left and

right displacement of the machine head plus the rotation of the machine head to avoid the

shaking of the pipe caused by the displacement of the feeding seat clamp.
