1.Features of 80-7 pipe rolling machine

2.The working principle of Stainless Steel Pipe Rounding Machine
**Power Drive Principle**: The 80-7 pipe rolling machine is usually powered
by a power source such as an electric motor. The power is transmitted to
each roller through transmission devices such as a speed reducer, gears,
belts or chains, enabling the rollers to rotate at a set speed and direction,
providing a power foundation for the pipe rolling.
**Roller Action Principle** - **Pressing Down and Molding**: The machine
generally has an upper roller and lower rollers. The upper roller can move
vertically under the action of a hydraulic or mechanical device to press
down on the pipe. The lower rollers mainly perform rotational motion.
When the pipe is placed between the upper and lower rollers, the upper
roller presses down, bringing the pipe into close contact with the lower
rollers. The rotation of the lower rollers drives the pipe to move together.
During this process, the pipe is subjected to the pressure and friction of
the rollers and gradually undergoes bending deformation.
- **Three-Point Bending Principle**: By utilizing the relative positions and
acting forces among three points (usually one upper roller and two lower
rollers), a force system that causes the pipe to bend is formed. Under the
action of these three points, the pipe bends according to a certain radius
of curvature. By adjusting the distances and relative positions among the
three rollers, the bending radius and shape of the pipe can be controlled.
**Pipe Deformation Principle** - **Plastic Deformation**: Under the
pressure and friction of the rollers, the material of the pipe undergoes
plastic deformation. The inner layer of the pipe is subjected to compressive
stress and will produce compressive deformation; the middle layer material
remains basically unchanged; the outer layer is subjected to tensile stress
and will produce tensile deformation. As the rollers keep rotating and the
pipe keeps advancing, this plastic deformation accumulates continuously,
causing the pipe to gradually wind into the required circular or other specific
shapes.
- **Continuous Bending**: When the pipe passes through the roller set,
it is a continuous bending process. The shapes and dimensions of the
rollers and their coordination ensure that the pipe can be continuously
bent along a predetermined path and curvature, thus forming a uniform
and smooth wound pipe shape.
**Size Control Principle**: The machine is equipped with a size adjustment
mechanism. According to the required size requirements of the pipe, such
as diameter and wall thickness, parameters such as the spacing between
the rollers, the pressure, and the feeding speed of the pipe can be precisely
adjusted. Through the precise control of these parameters, it is ensured that
the rolled pipe meets the specific size specifications and accuracy requirements.
