1.General Introduction

It is required to achieve printing of relevant technical parameters and parameter curves).
4.6 Remote control of liquid level gauge (digital monitoring of the liquid level in the immersion
tank through the instrument to achieve automation control).
4.7 Real time recording and printing of product numbers and technical parameters, parameter
curves, process physical parameters: vacuum degree of impregnation tank—time, impregnation
tank pressure—time, impregnation tank liquid level—time.
4.8 It can achieve automatic collection and recording of vacuum and pressure, and has memory
function.
4.9 Display the vacuum degree, pressure and other parameters detected, indicating the entire
processing process, and store them in the form of time pressure and parameter curves on
the computer hard drive for long-term record keeping. They can be queried and printed at
any time, and output in list form (user information such as impregnation process parameters,
time, operator number, part number, etc.)
4.10 The equipment power supply adopts AC380V, 50HZ three-phase four wire system,
and the main electrical appliances use Schneider components. All main equipment and
wires are made of high-quality brand products to ensure safety and reliability.
4.11 When the tank is under vacuum or pressure, the hydraulic station cannot be operated
by closing or opening it.
4.12 Equipped with necessary mechanical and electrical safety interlocking device to
prevent overpressure and human error operation.
