The whole equipment adopts mechanical and electrical combination, PLC control, pneumatic components with mechanical device execution structure, with manual operation (tube, tape, head plate), automatic patting, clamping, assembly and other steps to complete the core assembly.

The equipment is easy to operate and can be set two operation modes: automatic operation and manual operation. The automatic operation mode is one-button operation, which is used for normal radiator or condenser core assembly production.
