This machine can assemble the head plate, fin, side plate, and other workpiece one-time assembly into the radiator core body.

Note:The comb assembly needs to be replaced due to different spacing between the tube and fin

1.What is the maximum size of the core that can be assembled by semi automatic core building machine ?

At the moment we assembled the maximum size of core is 1200*1200mm,two rows.

2.Does it can assemble the same height of fins in the radiator core and condenser core in the same machine?

No,because it has big difference between the radiator tube and condenser tube,it can't be mixed use
