High speed aluminium radiator fin forming machine

Product introductions:
The High speed radiator fin forming machine is decided by the rolling knife. The rolling knife is equipped with gear type blades. Each blade thickness at 0.8-1.8mm, and it equals the louver distance. The degree of parallelism of the blades should be no greater than 0.005mm, and the tolerance for dimensional discrepancy of each blade pair should be within ±0.003mm.

Product Structural Characteristics:
It is comprised of coil rack, guidance belt, strip pressing device, precision knife stand, rolling knife, spraying lubrication device, anti-intertwisting device, guidance damping device, fin collection wheel, fin collection stand, and cutting device. The machine employes a combined electrical, mechanical and pneumatic control, which allows an automatic cycle of strip feeding, strip pressing, spraying lubrication, fin making and louver opening, fin collection, fin counting, and cutting. The main shaft is driven by a motor and the speed is controlled steplessly by an imported inverter. The control cabinet displays the machine frequency, fin count, and productivity, and allows both automatic and manual working status. The main shaft is controlled by an inching button. There is also a strip breakage indicator.

FAQ:

1.Does one hob can have multiple fin sizes with different heights?

No,one set of hob only can produce single height of one fin,up and down fine-tuning height is not more than 0.1mm.

2.Does one set of hob can use different thickness finned materials?

Yes,it can.But we don’t suggest big difference in thickness,most of the thickness of fins is 0.07-0.08mm at the moment.

3.Does the hob can have multiple fins with different width?

Yes,it does.One set of hob can be single width of fin,also can combine different width size of fins,most can combine 10 different width size of fin in one set of hob.

4.Does it can change the hob?

The hob is changeable,but the main console is the same,the position where the hob installed must match with the main console.
