Controlled atmosphere aluminum brazing furnace system, mainly used for aluminum radiator, oil cooler, inter-cooler, heater, tube-fin condenser,the evaporator, parallel flow condenser, laminated evaporator, power station air cooler and other aluminum work-piece products that can continuously brazed in a nitrogen atmosphere.
Controlled atmosphere aluminum furnace system includes:
Spray zone, drying zone, brazing zone, cooling zone, central centralized control cabinet group and other parts,etc.
The brazing zone includes preheating chamber, heating chamber, retarded cooling chamber and air cooling chamber, etc.
Controlled atmosphere aluminum furnace system includes a spray system, a drying furnace, a set of control atmosphere brazing furnace and a cooling system.The controlled atmosphere brazing furnace has a preheating chamber with an atmosphere curtain and behind that is the brazing area from which the product will be go through a retarded cooling chamber with an atmosphere curtain to make the work-piece weld and fix . The temperature of the work-piece from the retarded cooling chamber is about 300℃ and then the temperature of the work-piece is reduced again through the air cooling chamber to make the manual operation convenient.
