There’s an app you can purchase from the Play Store called Tasker that will allow you to automate several tasks with a single tag. For example, you can place a tag on your car’s dashboard and when you get in you can swipe your A.N.G over the tag.

Then the phone can enter a driving mode, turn the ringtone way up, open up music apps, turn on Bluetooth to connect to your stereo, and much more. You can place one at your bedside table that sets an alarm, turns the ringtone off, and displays a big clock as well. I’ve also heard a story of a mother putting an NFC tag at the front door of the family house, and when the kids got in they would swipe their phones across it and it’d have their phones send texts to her saying they’re home safe.
