Brief introduction:

The front end of the train is usually made of glass fiber reinforced plastic in the general paste molding process.
glass fiber reinforced plastic products must have good fire resistance, fire resistance, low smoke emission and low toxicity, and their fire resistance and flame retardancy must meet the requirements of TB/3237.La for their production, inspection, acceptance, delivery and various mechanical performance indicators must meet the following requirements:

FPR for train front cover mechanical performances:

  • Barcol Hardness >30
  • Bending Strength ≥150MPa
  • Tensile Strength ≥100MPa
  • Impact Toughness ≥150(KJ/m²)
  • Flame Retardancy Comply with DIN5510-2 requirements
  • Fire Resistance Good fire resistance, low smoke and low toxicity, comply with TB / 3237 standard
  • Fall Ball Resistance No crack or deformation on the impacted surface
  • Sand Bag Impact Resistance No crack or deformation on the impacted surface
  • Application Environment -30℃~+45℃, relative humidity≤90%
