Brief introduction:
We provide various shapes of train driver console according to customer requirement or drawings.
The driver's console mainly consists of a fiberglass table top and an aluminum alloy housing. The table top is made from 6mm thick fiberglass molds by gluing. Fiberglass is a laminate consisting of a coated surface, fiberglass reinforcement and a layer of polyester resin. This glass fiber is acid and alkali resistant and suitable for appropriate washing solutions. The fiberglass table top also has good properties such as compressive strength, tensile strength,water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance.We can design different types of consoles according to specific trains and requirements.
The main body of the driver's console cabinet frame is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy extrusions, and the connecting part is made of 5083-O aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy material has been anodized, will not deform after welding, and has sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity, flatness and verticality to effectively support the countertop.
The train driver console has below features:
