1. Brief introduction:

The mobile wheel set bearing mount and demount machine is mainly used for press-fitting and disassembly rolling bearings of wagon wheel sets. During work, various types of rolling bearings can be unloaded and press-fitted by replacing specific toolings (workpiece drawings provided by buyer). The equipment is hydraulically driven and has manual and remote control functions. The equipment is mainly used for pressing or unloading bearings at wheel set repair sites. The machine is flexible to move, occupies a small area and is easy to use.

3. Main structures:

The components of the equipment are: mobile trolley, hydraulic station, main cylinder, lifting cylinder, press fitting, and electric control box.
