Railway Freight Car Bogie 25T Axle Load Meter Gauge Heavy Load Bogie

Breif introduction:

This casting bogie is specially designed for Southeast Asia railway customers. The axle load is up to 25 tons and the applied freight wagons pay load is around 60 tons to 70 tons. It commercial running speed is 80km/h.

This type bogie is deveoped on the design concept of Chinese K6 bogie. This bogie can effectively reduce the wear between wheel and rail of heavy haul train, reduce the operation cost of heavy haul transportation, isolate the high-frequency vibration between wheel and rail, improve the vertical dynamic performance of vehicle and improve the running stability of vehicle.

Main technical features:

1. Cast steel three-piece bogie

2. Two suspension damping system: primary suspension adopts axle box elastic shear pad; secondary suspension adopts central pillow spring suspension system with variable friction damping device;

3. Bolster spring adopt two grades’ stiffness springs;

4. Adopt elastic lower cross support device to fasten the two side frames;

5. Center plates connecting under frame and bogies;

6. Lower center plate equipped with oil-bearing nylon wear disc;

7. Double acting double row tapered roller bearings;

8. Light new structure HEZB cast steel wheels or HESA rolling steel wheels;

9. Adopt pull rod type single side brake shoes braking, L-A or L-B combined brake beams assembly and high friction composition brake shoes;

Casting bogie is mainly composed of side frames, bolster, wheelset, adapter and bearing, brake rigging, suspension springs, side bearings, bogie center plate and some wear plates.
