Railway Goods Van Coal Hopper Wagon Covered / Uncovered 60 Tons Load

K18AK Coal hopper wagon is specially designed to transport bulk materials like coals. It could be used in power station, ports, coal selection sites, steel factory, and other enterprises with fixed marshaling, recycling and fixed site loading and unloading. This wagon is suitable for on-site use where there are coal unloading ditches or high stacking platforms on the ground that can unload coals on both sides at the same time.

We could design the coal hopper wagons with cover or without cover. The normal model is for cold raw particle materials. And we could also design and manufacture hopper wagons for hot materials to meet the requirements of metallurgical and coking enterprises, such as coke quenching hopper wagon, hot sintering ore hopper wagon, etc. No matter the purpose of the hopper wagons, the common feature is that the goods in the van slide and unloaded by self weight. In order to realize quick unloading, the hopper plates inclined to the horizontal are fitted inside the wagon body. The unloading doors are set at the bottom or two sides of the wagon body.

K18AK coal hopper wagon is composed of chassis, bottom door opening and closing mechanism, air control pipeline device, hand brake device, chassis accessories, coupler buffer device, bogies and etc.
