G11JK Liquid Caustic Soda Tanker Wagon Railway Tanker Car for NaOH Liquid Alkali

G11JK Liquid Caustic Soda Tanker Wagon is applied in Chinese standard gauge railway. It is used to ship liquid alkali (NaOH) with a concentration of more than 30%, and the liquid goods are loaded and loaded from the top of the wagon.

This tanker wagon adopts all steel welded structure with middle beam, which is mainly composed of underframe, tank body, heating sleeve device, outer ladder, connection between tank and underframe, air and hand brake device, coupler buffer device, bogie and other components. One position end of the car body is equipped with passing platform and hand brake device. The tank body is provided with slag discharge holes to facilitate cleaning. The heating sleeve, heating pipeline, slag discharge hole and other devices can be selected according to the requirements of users. It is equipped with K2 Bogie, Grade C steel 13 coupler.
