Breif introduction:

This 1067mm gauge ride control wagon bogie is applied for Taiwan and Southeast Asia area with 1067mm railway gauge. We develop this type of bogies to replace the bogies of existing railway freight wagons and could realize maintenance and exchange of the whole bogie or some of the main components.

This 1067mm 13T axle load bogie adopts three-big-pieces casting steel structure. It is mainly composed of bolster and side frames, 860mm wheel sets, AAR Class C 5’’X9’’ rolling bearing, adapter, center bearing springs, brake beam assembly, controlled wedge damping device, lower bearing body, center plates and etc.

Main features:

1. Classic 3-piece bogie, bolster, side frame, bearing adapter, bearing and other main materials meet AAR standards;
2. Small curve radius, which can adapt to the lines in mountainous areas of Taiwan;
3. The damping device adopts damping spring and control wedge, which improves the alignment ability of the bogie while damping;
