Rail gap adjusters are used to adjust the clearance of railway rail joints. Due to the influence of climate change and traffic, the clearance of rail often changes. In order to ensure driving safety, the public works department has certain requirements for rail joint clearance, so the rail must be strung. The rail gap regulator has a large thrust, and it can be used to complete the rail tandem task of 50Kg/m, 60Kg/m, 75Kg/m.
Construction Safety
(1) Operation test must be carried out before use. Only when all parts work normally and there is no oil leakage can the operation be carried out.
(2) In order to avoid the pressure of the inclined iron bite on the rail head, there is no room for expansion when the working
cylinder is reset, resulting in the working cylinder against the inclined iron, so that the inclined iron is difficult to fall off, before the inclined iron end clamp the rail head, the working cylinder piston must be forced to empty load, press out 20 ~40mm, and then the inclined iron clamp the rail head to work.
(3) When used, the rail should be segmented, and the rail can not be pulled too long, so as to avoid failure due to overload. Do not exert too much force when operating the safety valve. If the condition is found to be bad, stop using it and check it next time.
(4) The rail gap adjuster shall not be used on the rail with a large flash (6 mm and above), so as not to insert the inclined iron into the flash and make the rail gap adjuster difficult to withdraw from the line.
(5) Once the inclined iron bites dead on the rail when the machine is not unloaded, in addition to taking protective measures, the safety pin should be pulled out (when there is a large safety pin, the large safety pin on both sides should be pulled out first, and then the small safety pin in the middle), then under the action of the reset spring, the working cylinder piston can be quickly reset, and the machine is divided into two bodies. Then pull the joystick or hit the inclined iron clamp (also known as the base) from outside to inside with a hammer, so that the inclined iron is loosened (do not hit the inclined iron) from the rail, you can remove the machine. After taking the above method, when the inclined iron is still stuck in the rail, the joystick can be used to move the cylinder from inside to outside, so that the cylinder is separated from the body, and the rail gap adjuster can be removed.
(6) The site guard must bring all good communication equipment, protective signal supplies, stop signal protection, contact the station liaison officer once 3-5 minutes, and effectively grasp the train operation. If the contact is interrupted, the person in charge of construction should be notified in time to stop the operation, the personnel and machinery should be quickly down the road, and the line should be restored to the conditions allowing the release of the train. After the completion of the above work, the construction person in charge shall notify the site protection officer to remove the stop signal.
(7) Before the operation is completed or the machine is not all down the road, the guard shall not remove the parking protection without authorization.
(8) The person in charge of construction should grasp the setting and removal of parking protection, and issue setting and removal orders in time. When the machine fails to get off the track, it should be protected according to the fault prevention method of the line.
