Product introduction:

Preeminent among its attributes, this tester for drip rain displays a solid framework that facilitates maneuverability and ensures a hitch-less operation in every test. Additionally, the columnar design offers extensive height adjustability for the drip plate, catering to the needs of testing various-sized samples with precision.

• The drip board is made of stainless steel, with 0.4mm needle nozzles evenly distributed(the water level is invisible).
• The drip board can be lifted and lowered by chain drive + screw combination device, and has a photoelectric detection switch, which can stop falling at a distance of 200mm from the sample.
• A protective cover is installed under the drip board to protect personnel from being hurt by the nozzle.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding⁵.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Floor-standing structure: the bottom can be fixed to the ground with expansion screws to make the equipment firm and stable.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, safety shield protection.
• The height of the drip board can be controlled by the touch screen to control the lifting action, easy to operate.
• The top is lifted and lowered by an electric hoist, with a load capacity of 200kg > the weight of the water tank when fully loaded (approx. 100kg).
• There are reinforcement bars welded inside the drip plate to effectively prevent bursting due to high water pressure.
• Needle nozzles are made of replaceable plastic nozzles, easy to maintain and delivered with needle nozzles.
• The installation of the drip test equipment is very simple, only need to fix the right side of the chassis on top of the frame, through the locking screws.
• After receiving the equipment, users only need to fix the equipment, connect the water and power on to start the test.

7 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.

8 The data is calculated based on the dripping area, IPX1:2.2×2.2×(0.001-0.0015)=0.00484-0.00726m³/min(that is 4.84-7.26L/min). When reading the flowmeter, the second digit after the decimal point is the estimated reading data, not accurate data; if the user is concerned about the accuracy of the data, a flow sensor can be selected through negotiation.

9 200mm is the distance from the nozzle to the sample specified in the standard, and the user needs to adjust the height of the drip board to meet the distance requirement.

10 The user needs to prepare an air compressor in advance (recommended gas storage capacity > 40L). If you need us to buy it on your behalf, you need to explain in advance.
