Description:

This IPX7 immersion test chamber features a robust electric control system, capable of achieving left-right shifting and up-down lifting operations to ensure precise positioning of test samples within the immersion area. The equipment is equipped with an electric hoist control system, making operations more convenient and stable, especially suitable for testing large-sized and heavy products. Additionally, the customized basket design offers flexibility, allowing adjustments according to the shape and size of different samples, thereby enhancing testing efficiency and safety.

• There is a mobile lifting device on the top, which can lower the hanging basket to the outside and below the box. After the sample is installed, it can be moved into the box. There is no need for the user to lift and place the sample, which reduces the difficulty of taking and placing the sample.
• The chassis is made of 304 stainless steel, which is firm and durable. The double-layer structure is adopted, and the inner layer is welded with reinforcing ribs to ensure the reliability of the water tank.
• The external toughened glass window is convenient for users to observe the test situation. There is a stainless steel ruler attached to the outside of the box, which can visually see the current water level.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.

The IPX7 immersion test chamber is primarily used for detecting the waterproof performance of products or materials, ensuring they can function normally without damage at a certain water depth. It is applicable to various fields such as electronics, outdoor lighting, automotive components, and more. By simulating immersion environments, it verifies the sealing and waterproof ratings of products, ensuring they maintain excellent performance in different humidity conditions.

Installation requirements:

• Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
• Water source: Please prepare clean water source(The manufacturer distributes a 6-meter water pipe with an inner diameter of 15mm).
• Site space: ≥W1395×D1600×2900mm
• The laboratory needs to have drains or floor drains and have ventilation conditions.
• Power requirements: 220V/50HZ, please confirm whether it matches.
