Description

Viral RNA Extraction Kit (Magnetic Beads) is designed for the extraction and purifification of viral RNA (e.g. SARS-Cov-2, inflfluenza virus, Japanese encephalitis virus, polio virus, hepatitis C virus, rotavirus, dengue virus, Ebola virus, HIV, etc.) from clinical samples such as nasopharyngeal/oral swab, plasma, serum, tissue homogenate, cell culture flfluid, cerebrospinal flfluid, pleural flfluid, ascites, aqueous humor, urine and so on. The purifified RNA can be directly used for downstream applications such as RT-PCR, RT-qPCR or next generation sequencing.

Application Examples
BioEast Virus RNA Extraction Kit (Magnetic Beads) and three Commercially available mainstream brand kits was used to extract the same SARS-cov-2 pseudovirus-containing oral swab sample. The extracted RNA was subsequently detected using RT-qPCR analysis.
