BAREMUL SQO-31 is a new type of emulsifier, a blend of polyether compounds, which is a strong W/O emulsifier that can emulsify a wide range of oil esters, thus making it possible to produce W/O pastes with a high aqueous phase (the aqueous phase can range from 70-85%).

Features:

BAREMUL SQO-31 is a highly efficient W/O emulsifier, the dosage is generally about 4%, can produce high water phase W/O stable paste, the oil phase can be animal and vegetable fats and oils, mineral fats and synthetic fats and oils, etc., but also can be emulsified silicone oil. The produced paste is glossy, delicate, thick, good coating feeling, non-sticky, non-stretching, 45 ℃ heat resistance and -17 ℃ freeze-thaw stability are better, the operation process is relatively simple, cold and hot can be matched. Some oil phase thickeners or beeswax, hydrogenated castor oil can be added to the oil phase of the formula. Water phase can be added to magnesium sulfate, magnesium aluminum silicate, etc. can make the stability of the paste better, but the best oil phase does not add fatty alcohols, because they will lead to the emulsion is not stable.

Application:

With high efficiency W/O emulsifier, the paste is glossy, delicate, thick, smearing, non-sticky, non-drawing.
Has good heat resistance at 45℃ and good freeze-thaw stability at -17℃.
The operation process is relatively simple, and both cold and hot preparation can be made.
Can be used in massage cream, sunscreen, hair cream, foundation cream, etc.

Usage and dosage:

The dosage is 4-5% added into the oil phase, slowly add the water phase into the oil phase under high speed stirring to emulsify, add the preservatives into the water phase when cold mixing, add the flavor into the oil phase and add the flavor and preservatives when the temperature drops to about 50℃ during the heating operation. Attention should be paid to ensure that the homogenization speed and time of each batch of products is constant, in order to obtain consistent quality products.
