Machine Operating Steps
The outstanding advantages of this equipment are its simple structure, convenient operation, reliable quality, recyclable drilling tools and long service life. In the operation steps, the overload drilling system consists of DTH hammer, eccentric reaming and pilot drill bit, guide device and casing. The drill bit with the eccentric reaming design can rotate outward to drill a larger hole while allowing the steel casing to enter the hole smoothly. The cuttings are discharged out of the hole through the casing pipe.
When drilling to a specific depth, the reamer can be retracted by slightly counter - rotating or pulling the tool, at which point the drill tool can be safely pulled out. Next, the casing is pulled up and the bottom of the hole is filled with concrete or other material to complete the hole opening. DTH drill bits can then drill to the required depth. This series of operating procedures reflects the efficiency and practicality of the Odex hammer, making it the preferred equipment for drilling in the above-mentioned projects.
