The three-wing step-type drag bit is compatible with various drilling rigs and adaptable to different configurations. It adopts CNC-threaded machining to improve installation and ease of use, with forged sections milled to enhance the fit of carbide inserts. Standard 5.5 mm thick tungsten carbide blades are chosen for their durability. Designed for drilling in soft to medium-hard formations like sandstone, shale, and clay, the drag bit uses a stepped profile with cutting elements of varying sizes positioned at intervals along its length. Made from tungsten carbide or diamond, these wear-resistant and durable cutters enable efficient penetration, reducing the risk of bit sticking in the borehole.
