Application:

This type of plastic crusher can be used in the reduction of the size of the HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE cast films and blowing films,PP woven bags and ton bags etc.

The capacity is available from 500kg per hour to 1200kg per hour. The special shaft and blades are designed for the soft materials which will make cut the films and bags effectively.

We also produce the crusher used in HDPE bottles, PP ABS home appliance parts with different blades types and shaft. The end plastics sizes can be customized as per customer requirement.

Upper hopper, base, crushing house, shaft rotor, motors, screens etc.

Features of the plastic crusher:

• Special designed shaft for soft plastic and rigid plastics. For the soft materials, the shaft is flat type and suite for the wet crushing, and for the rigid plastics it is the claw type. Their design will largely improve the performance of each materials processing.
• Main shaft is strong and anti-wear.
• Crushing house is strong and thick wall.
• Blades are anti-wear and long service time
• Screen can be special design. For the rigid plastics we can make 14mm screen, while for the soft plastics we can use 40-120mm screen size.
• Hopper open can be hydraulic type or electric type.
