Plastic Washing and Recycling Technology mainly applied in the field of waste plastics PP PE shredding, crushing and washing. Main materials such as LDPE stretch film, LLDPE supermarket shopping bags, LLDPE garbage bags, PP cement bags, PP ton bags, PP non-woven fabrics, PP yarns, PP diapers, PP milk bottles, PP blow molding and injection molding products, PE and PP trays, PE.PP toys, etc..
We design the plastic washing and recycling machine according to clients’ request, normally, the entire equipment process can be divided into crushing equipment, cleaning equipment, conveying equipment and drying equipment.
The crushing equipment consists of a single-shaft shredder, a double-shaft shredder, a crusher and a hydraulic cutter. Its main function is to change Waste Film PP PE from the original large size to a small size to prepare for better cleaning later. In this part, except above crushing equipment, it can also equipped with Pre-shredder which will shredding the big packaged waste film or woven bags directly. The Pre-shredder reduces the bulk of waste, making it easier for subsequent crushing.
The cleaning equipment is including as cold water cleaning, hot water cleaning, low speed friction washer, high speed friction washer. In this steps, main function is to remove sand,stone, impurities.
The conveying equipment, there are belt conveyor, spiral loader and air blower. According to different shapes of materials, can adopt a suitable conveyor in your plastic washing processing.
The plastic drying equipment is divided into squeezer machine, dehydrator and pipeline drying. For this steps, mainly to remove the moisture content of the material within 5%, the final products can easy to next process, such as granulating, injection, etc.
