Working Principle of Vertical Mixing Dryer Plastic particles enter from the feed hopper, and under the action of the propulsion force of the spiral blades, they slide upward along the surface of the blades to the top. After the materials thrown down from the top fall into the bottom of the mixer, they automatically enter the vertical screw conveyor, and the materials are lifted up and mixed again. This cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of full mixing. At the same time, the air is sent to the electric heating box through the blower, and becomes hot air after heating. Then it is automatically controlled by the temperature control meter, and the uniform and suitable hot air penetrates between the resins, passes through the material layer, performs heat exchange and continuously takes away moisture. The resin particles are continuously blown and dried by hot air during the descent from top to bottom, completing the drying and mixing process.

The mixing blades and mixing barrel of the vertical mixing dryer are made of stainless steel, which is easy to assemble and disassemble and easy to clean. The built-in insulation layer in the middle of the barrel can reduce heat loss during the drying process and improve drying efficiency; optional heating function: stainless steel heating rods are used for heating, plastic particles are dried by hot air, and a temperature measuring point is set between the hot air duct and the barrel, and the heating temperature and heating time are automatically controlled by the PID intelligent temperature controller; stirring power: the screw lifting drying method made of stainless steel has the characteristics of low stirring noise, low required driving power and uniform stirring; the bottom of the barrel is made of steel, which can carry a large weight of plastic raw materials; the barrel is equipped with an observation mirror, so that the operator can clearly understand the drying and stirring process; the lower feeding port design greatly reduces the operator's work intensity and difficulty, and can improve production efficiency; the use of time relays can control the heating and stirring time; the centrifugal fan can provide a large heating air volume to reduce the energy loss of the heating part; at the same time, it greatly improves the heating effect.

When the raw materials reach the protective temperature within the color mixing time, the machine stops and needs to be restarted.

For the drying function, turn the conversion switch on the electrical instrument panel to the drying switch, set the required temperature on the temperature control meter, and when the set temperature is reached, the machine will stop. Set the time meter to 5-30 minutes for the cycle start function to keep the raw materials dry.
