The vertical kettle is a high-temperature and high-vacuum stirring kettle, which makes low molecules and impurities gasified and extracted from the vacuum port, thereby improving the purity of the raw materials and achieving the purpose of primary thickening. The melt after primary thickening is transported to the secondary thickening kettle (horizontal disc reactor) through the melt pump to further extract low molecules and impurities. Under the push of the disc, the melt is transported to the delivery pump and then spun through the filter.
The entire system of reactor liquid phase thickening includes liquid phase thickening reactor, vacuum system, heat medium circulation system and melt delivery system. The key technology lies in the design of the liquid phase thickening reactor. The liquid phase thickening reactor is a single-axis reactor consisting of a horizontal shell and a central stirring shaft. The stirring shaft is equipped with a disc that is perpendicular to it and can rotate with the shaft. The disc is distributed at a certain angle along the axis. When the stirring shaft rotates, the disc rotates with the stirring shaft. On the one hand, it plays the role of mixing, film drawing and conveying, and on the other hand, it can remove the dirt on the surface of the shell.
