Description:

In terms of the range of plastic recycling, Compactor intergrated Plastic Pelletizing Recycling Machine occupy the majority of soft plastic recycling. This kind of soft plastics include industrial waste film, shopping bag, garbage bag, agriculture film, ground film, and PP non woven, woven bag, jumbo bag, etc.

After processing techniques such as compacting cutting, heating, melt, pelletizing, cooling, drying etc., the final products are plastic pellets, granules, which can be to produce garbage bags, drainage pipes, plastic board etc.

Working Flow of Plastic Pelletizing Recycling Machine​:

Belt conveyor → Cutter compactor(agglomerator) → Efficient extruder → Non-stop hydraulic screen filter changer → Water ring cutting pelletizing → Dewatering machine → Vibration machine →Blower → Storage hopper → Electric control panel

Cutting pelletizing : Strand spaghetti type more suitable for all kinds of wastes plastics.
