Description:

ML series PP PE Plastic Granulating Machine is equipped with Cutter Compactor, from Belt conveyor we feed the film soft materials, while from Side Feeder and Spiral charger, we can feed plastic regrind materials into the extruder. According to the actual requirements of customers, customer can realize one machine multifunctional for both film materials and regrind plastics granulating.

This kind of soft plastics include industrial waste film, shopping bag, garbage bag, agriculture film, ground film, and PP non woven, woven bag, jumbo bag, etc.

Besides, regards high MFI plastic materials, such as PP non woven, PP injection wastes and BOPP film, etc, our company designed new type advanced Vertical Water Ring Pelletizing System to replace strand pelletizing, in this way to realize continuous running without stop when changing filter screen. This plastic granulation production line can also save factory space occupation for customers.

Double stage extruder is ideal choice for recycled film material with some moisture percent,such as washed or heavy printed PE films/ PP raffia/ woven ect.

The whole production line has the characteristics of automation, high efficiency and low energy consumption from feeding to output.

Components:

PP PE Plastic Granulating Machine mainly consists of :

Belt conveyor→ Cutter Compactor→ First stage Extruder→Degassing, Hydraulic Screen Changer→Second stage Extruder→Degassing, Hydraulic Screen Changer→ Die Mould, Water ring Pelletizing or Spaghetti Pelletizing→ Centrifugal Dewatering or Cooling Water Tank→Vibration machine→Air blowing → Electric Control Panel.

Cutting pelletizing : Strand spaghetti type more suitable for all kinds of wastes plastics.
