Rotary Shaft

Precisely machined shaft with dynamic balance calibration. Made from high-quality steel, ensuring durability and reliability.

Blades

The blade material is selected based on the characteristics of your materials, with multiple options available, such as 9CrSi, SKD-11, D2, H13……

Screen

The screen is made of 16Mn steel, offering high wear resistance. The mesh size is either 50mm or 60mm, and different screens can be replaced depending on your material type.

Shaft Sleeve

Designed with water-cooling, the shaft sleeve prevents overheating, ensuring stable operation over extended periods.

Gear Reducer

Equipped with reducers from renowned domestic brands such as Guomao and TONGLI. Specific brands can also be designated upon request.
