1. Q: Do you charge for samples?
A: We can offer a free sample for the mass production order, or return the sample fee to your order.

2. Q: Can you do customized logo or design?
A: Yes, we do OEM & ODM services, MOQ based on the requirements.

3. Q: How do you guarantee the quality?

managementsystem.

2) We have the strict quality control system - 100% function and appearance inspection on the production lines, and our QC
dept.double inspect the products with the AQL standard before delivery.

3) What is more, we offer 12MONTH warranty period for our products.
A: Regularly it is 50% with order and 50% at shipping, or 100% with order if the amount is small, or negotiation.

4). Q: What is your delivery time?

A: It is 1-7 days for samples; 3-10 days for small orders; and 15-30 days for mass production orders.

5). How long does it take for red light therapy to work?

A: It is not an immediate miracle transformation that will occur overnight, but it will provide you with ongoing improvements that you will begin to see in anywhere from 24 hours to 2 months, depending on the condition, its severity, and how regularly the light is used. For most conditions, daily use for at least two weeks is recommended, followed by a once- or twice- weekly maintenance regimen.

6). Do I need to continue to use the light as much when I start seeing results?

A: Yes. Just because you're seeing results, it doesn't mean that your skin cells are finished doing their jobs. It's just that the results of their efforts are starting to become something you can see and/or feel. Keep up the treatments until you reach your goal level of results. Then you can start a weekly maintenance schedule.
