2K Brilliant Red Car Paint | High Gloss, Fast Drying & Long-term Maintenance

Product Description

Characteristic:Faralli 2K Solid Colors, high gloss and build, good performance of leveling property,
easy construction, excellent pretective and coveraging power, long lasting bright color.
Mainly applies to intermediate cars, MPV and bus.

2K Automotive Paint Construction Process

Substrates Well-Sanded, Completely dried and good existing finishes as bellow:
A original paint B. Old paint firm C. 1K or 2k primer
Surface Cleaning Wash by warm soap, remove wax, silicon and other contaminations with degreaser, sanding
with P800-P1000, wash with clean water then keep dry; again with degreaser.

＜15℃ Faralli 2K Solid Colors MS120 Fast Hardener 601 Fast Thinner
15-30℃ Faralli 2K Solid Colors MS120 Standard Hardener 602 Standard Thinner
＞30℃ Faralli 2K Solid Colors MS120 Slow Hardener 603 Slow Thinner
Spray Viscosity 16-19s to drop off, in 4# viscosity cup, at 25°C,
Pot-life At 25°C
2 hours with fast hardener.
4 hours with standard or slow hardener.
ReTreatment There are particles or runs after spray, sand affected area with P2000 sand paper after
thorough drying, then polish to solve the problem.
Spray Gun Set Up Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm 3-5kg/cm 2
Suction Feed: 1.4-1.6mm 3-5kg/cm 2
Spray Technology Coats&Thickness: 2-3 coats, total 35-50um
Flash-Off Time: At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats,
Air-Drying Time: Allow 10-15 minutes air drying time before force drying
Drying Time Temperature Dust Free Tack Free Dry To Handle Dry To Test
+25°C 40 minutes 2 hours 9 hours 6 Days
+70°C 5 minutes 10 minutes 25 minutes 50 Minutes
Shelf Life 2 years in original sealed can, cool and dry place at 25℃.

Note:
1. The substrate must be cleaned and sanded before spray, wet sanding P800-1000 and then dry.
2. At ambient temperature higher than 30℃, add appropriate Retarder Solvent into thinner to
avoid blushing. For more details, please refer to technical data sheet of Retarder Solvent.
3. The products mixed with hardener should be used up soon and can not be restore for future use;
clean equipments immediately with thinner after application, otherwise it is very difficult to be
