Product details:

project Details
Mixing ratio 2K solid color paint: curing agent: thinner = 2:1:(0.1~0.25) (use according to temperature conditions, the thinner ratio can be appropriately reduced when the temperature is high, and can be appropriately increased when the temperature is low)
Spraying viscosity 17~19 seconds/d1n4 (measured using a Tu-4 viscosity cup to ensure fluidity and adhesion of the paint during spraying)
Spraying tools Gravity spray gun: 1.2~1.5mm; suction spray gun: 1.4~1.6mm (select the appropriate spray gun caliber according to specific construction requirements and habits)
Spraying level Spray 2~3 layers, with an interval of 5~10 minutes between each layer (make sure each layer of paint is fully dry to avoid problems such as sagging and bubbling)
Drying time 15 hours (20℃); 35 minutes (60℃) (You can choose natural drying or heat curing. Heat curing can speed up the drying process, but the temperature and time must be well controlled)
Second coating thickness It is generally recommended to be 50-70μm (to ensure the hiding power and appearance quality of the paint film)
