2K orange car paint is a two-component paint. This car paint is composed of acrylic resin, curing agent and pigment. Performance characteristics​
High gloss and brightness: The surface of the cured paint film is as smooth as a mirror, which can reflect a strong and uniform gloss. Construction method

Preparation: Thoroughly clean the surface of the car to be painted, remove impurities such as oil, dust, rust, etc., polish it smooth, and enhance the adhesion of the paint layer.

Mixing ratio: Strictly follow the product instructions and accurately mix the ratio of acrylic resin, curing agent and diluent. The mixing ratio of different brands of products is slightly different, usually 2:1: appropriate amount of diluent, be sure to ensure uniform mixing.

Spraying operation: Use a professional spray gun, adjust the appropriate air pressure and the spray gun distance of 15-20 cm, and spray evenly. It is recommended to use the cross-cross method to ensure consistent paint layer thickness and avoid sagging and leaking. Generally, 2-3 layers are required, with an appropriate interval between each layer, and the next layer is sprayed after the previous layer is dry.

Drying and curing: Natural drying at a suitable temperature of 15-30℃ and a humidity of 40%-70%, or choose low-temperature baking according to actual conditions, generally not exceeding 60℃ to accelerate curing. During the drying process, the environment must be kept clean to prevent dust adhesion.
