1. Material

2. Specification

(1) Smooth surface, accurate section size, and maximum dimension is 10m length* 3m length

(2) As there is a layer of ageing film on the surface, its working life can reach more than 20 years.

(3) It has a high light transmission rate. The rate of clear panel can reach 85% and more.

(4) The fiberglass is wetted through so well that fiberglass is dispersed very even. This characteristic makes the light coming through diffusely.

(5) The soft light and low violet can reduce the harm to the plant inside the room.

(6) Its high impact strength can bear the hail and strong breeze disaster and can keep the room normal function. It has a good thermal insulation property.

(7) The heat loss is less 35-48% than single glass pane or plastic film.

(8) Double panel can be adopted in very cold area to achieve much better thermal insulation and higher light transmission.

(9) FRP corrugated/flat panel is sorted as translucent sheet (clear translucent), semi-translucent sheet (clear translucent) and fire retardant sheet as well as many color product at customers option.

3. Weather resistance:

FRP is a kind of thermosetting high polymer with good thermal stability. Its usable temperature is between -70 ºC to 90ºC.

4. Shock resistance:

FRP sheet contains interlaced glass fiber, which increases the shock resistance greatly and avoids fracture under collision of stones and hails.

5.Corrosion resistance:

FRP sheet can resist corrosion caused by acid, alkali and other chemical, so that it is very suitable to be used in places near the sea or with corrosion.

6. Fire retardant performance: The fire retardant index of FRP sheet conforms to the national standard B2 level.

7. Application
