Refcomp refrigeration compressor paralleled screw freezer unit

Description:

With the rapid development of the refrigeration equipment market, large preservation storages, low-temperature freezing storage, ice making equipment are more and more used. Parallel compressor unit is mostly used to work for large size cold rooms, ice making, chilled water making etc with temperature requirement ranging -5℃~5℃ and -20℃~-15℃. The compressors quantity on unit can be 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or more. .The products are equipped with muti protection devices for wrong direction, overheating, overloading, overhigh discharging temperature, overlower oil level, oil flow, and high and low pressure etc. The refrigeration system has multi-phase cap regulation system to save energy significantly.

Screw Compressor Unit Types:

High-temperature Type Evaporating temperature of 12.5°C~-10, and the nominal power of compressor motor is from 60HP to 600HP.
Intermediate-temperature Type Evaporating temperature of -15°C~-30°C, and the nominal power of compressor motor is from 50HP to 540HP.
Low-temperature Type Evaporating temperature of -35°C~-45°C, and the nominal power of compressor motor is from 50HP to 540HP.

1. Low-temp type: screw compressor, liquid receiver, gauge panel,high and low pressure controller, electric cabinet, oil separator, water-cooling type oil cooler, economizer, liquid supply filter,suction line filter,injection components.


2. High-temp type: screw compressor, liquid receiver,gauge panel, high and low pressure controller, electric cabinet, oil separator,spray liquid cooling system, liquid supply filter,suction line filter.
