Description


The pipe flaring tool, also known as tube expander,pipe swaging tool, is used for cutting and swaging the copper joint. It is
widely applied in the fields including air conditioning installation , car and other machine maintenance.
Pipe expander Flaring tools feature:
1. Flaring trip ring riveting process ensures long and reliable use.
2. Circular arc transition of flaring nozzle , makes the copper tube will not be broken after used long time.
3. Ergonomic design handle, comfort and effort.
4. Ring riveting, accurate flaring tube.

How to use a flaring tool to expand a tube (operation )


Used for copper tube expanding to bell mouth, so that the indoor and outdoor units of the split type air conditioner will be
connected through piping.
2. When flaring, attach the coupling nut to the annealed copper pipe first,
3. Then place the copper tube into the corresponding aperture of the gripping pliers, the height of the copper tube showed out of
the clamp is1/5 of the diameter;
4. Tighten the nut on both ends of the gripping pliers (clamp);
5.Use the the taper head of the flaring tool to press on the pipe nozzle ;
6. Slowly rotate the screw clockwise and squeeze the pipe nozzle into the bell-mouth
7. Eccentric cone will be rebound automatically after the work is finished, make the idle top head in revolution again for 1-2 times and have the flare face in fricition to make it prettier.
