If maintenance work is required immediately after the shutdown, please wear protective clothing. Before performing maintenance or repair work: -Drain the material in the equipment. -Stop the system from conveying/discharging materials. -Cut off the power to the motor and protect it. -By inserting a blind flange into the flange connection of the steam supply, to close and protect the steam supply. -Release the pressure in the machine/rotor/steam jacket. -Cool down the equipment to 50 ºC or below. -Ensure that all pipes connected to/from external systems are closed and protected.

The cooking machine must not be damaged, bumped, or the like, as this will damage the equipment or affect its performance.

Before connecting to electricity:-Check whether the voltage and frequency are consistent with the parameters on the motor nameplate.

Only qualified personnel who have received clear instructions can operate the equipment. Ensure that there is no foreign matter (metal, etc.) in the barrel during operation.

Before supplying steam, it is necessary to check whether all flange connections are properly installed and whether the packing and bolts/nuts are tight.
