Continuous Dryer Carbon Steel For Feather
cooking drying tank
A steam trap is installed at the bottom of the cooking and drying tank to discharge the condensate back to the steam boiler. A steam box (swivel) is installed on the front of the blender to introduce steam into the blender. It leads the condensate out of the trap through a special piping system.
Add biological material through the top of the cooking and drying tank. When the temperature of the material reaches about 100°C, the moisture in the material begins to evaporate. The water vapor is led to the condensing system through the bleed valve.
There are two pressure gauges and one thermometer installed on the front panel of the cooking and drying tank. A pressure gauge ranges from 0 – 16 bar the pressure in the steam jacket. A pressure gauge scales -1 – +9 bar for the pressure in the cooking chamber. The thermometer shows the temperature in the cooking chamber.
Special mixer and mixing blades are set up, which can meet the requirements of feeding, discharging and mixing at the same time; the hollow inside of mixer and mixing blade can pass steam, which can avoid corrosion and make the mixing device more durable.
The speed of the mixer blades is adjustable to meet the processing requirements of different materials. After pre-crushing, the particle size of the feed is less than 48mm, and it undergoes high-temperature sterilization and dehydration at a temperature of ≥140 °C for 4 hours in the reactor to ensure the sterilization effect stipulated by the European Union.
