Shaft Length Is 3250mm By Sea Shipping Feed Screw Conveyor

The blade pump feed screw conveyor produced by Jiangsu Sunrise is used for forced feeding of the vane pump. The screw conveyor is upgraded on the basis of the ordinary screw conveyor, and the screw conveyor has the function of material buffer.

The feed pump feed screw adopts the high-strength structure of the screw shaft and the shell to meet the conditions of material extrusion and conveying. The low-carbon steel wear plate is used between the spiral and the shell to avoid direct friction between the blade and the groove bottom, thereby increasing the service life of the equipment. At the same time, the position of the spiral buffer bin is set with a level sensor. When the material is piled up, the feed can be automatically stopped to prevent material blockage.
