Structure

1. Vortex crushing cavity: The structure of the vortex crushing cavity is an annular space composed of upper and lower cylinders. The upper and lower cover plates of the lower cylinder have two holes, the upper part is connected to the cylinder, and the lower part is connected to the discharge port. The impeller rotates at high speed in the vortex crushing cavity, and the material can also reside in the vortex crushing cavity to form a material bed. The crushing process of the material takes place in the vortex crushing cavity. The ore bed layer combines the crushing action with the vortex crushing cavity. The wall is separated, so that the crushing effect is limited to the material, and it has a wear-resistant self-lining effect. An observation hole is set on the upper cylinder cover to observe the wear of the wear block at the launch port of the impeller runner and the wear of the top liner of the vortex crushing chamber. The observation hole must be tightly sealed when the crusher is working. The distributor is fixed on the upper cylindrical section of the vortex crushing cavity.
