The rendering of sick and dead livestock and poultry (1) Process principle The rendering equipment for sick and dead livestock and poultry developed by our company is designed and manufactured according to the actual situation of domestic rendering combined with international advanced technology and based on our own actual experience. The hrendering process of this project adopts the international leading level of drying process, which is in line with the technical specifications for the rendering of sick and dead livestock and poultry issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. A high-temperature circulating heat source in the interlayer is used for high-temperature sterilization of sick and dead animals. The hot steam does not directly contact the animal carcasses. The process adopts high-temperature and high-pressure methods. The center temperature of the processed material is ≥140℃, and the pressure is ≥0.5MPa (absolute pressure). ), time ≥ 4h, holding pressure for 30 minutes, the VOCs (volatile organic gases) gas generated during the treatment process, after multi-stage treatment, finally achieves the emission standard. The recycling and reuse of resources has been realized, and the entire process is fully enclosed. It is currently the preferred process for large and medium-sized rendering centers. Animal residues can be used as raw materials for organic fertilizers, and oils can be used as industrial oils (refining biodiesel, fertilizer slow-release agents and other industrial greases, etc.)
