Butterfly Valves Introduction
The butterfly valve has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, light weight, less material consumption, small installation size, quick switch and small driving torque, and is widely used in the fields of large and medium caliber, medium and low pressure.
The butterfly valves are widely used in general industries such as petroleum, metallurgy, gas, chemical, power station, and water treatment. With the use of anti-corrosion synthetic rubber and polymer materials, the butterfly valves have a wider range of applications.
In recent years, metal sealing butterfly valves have developed rapidly. With the appearance of high temperature resistance, low temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance, strong erosion resistance and high strength alloy materials in butterfly valves, the metal sealing butterfly valves are used widely in wording conditions, such as high temperature, low temperature, strong erosion, etc.The metal seal can adapt to higher operating temperatures, but the sealing performance is worse than the soft seal and the elastic seal.

Maintenance
Open the worm box cover and add some butter per two months.
Check the seal, packing and flange, if leak, please maintain ASAP.
