Description

Compact Design Air Release Valve With Stainless Steel Ball DN50 ~ DN400

Air Release Valve Description:

The air release valves will be installed at sections of the pipeline
where air pockets would be formed.

The valves shall be of robust construction of double orifices with
an integral isolating valve and
flanged base for connection to a valve stem that connects the air valve to the main pipeline.
The bore leading to the flange base shall be in accordance to the size of the main pipeline and the
expected accumulation of air.

Air Release Valve Feature

  • a compact design ( monoblock body )
  • with internals in ss304 ( float )
    1. Large Air Exhausting when pipe systems are filling
    2. Air venting of small bubbles ( 2% of solved air in water) after the mean float closed
    3. Air intake during the vacuum of Pipes .
  • Range DN50-80-100-150-200 full bore size.
