Application Guide
- WL-152 is suitable for high-gloss topcoats and primers for general industrial baking varnishes (with certain requirements for flexibility).
- After adding neutralizer to WL-152 (recommended to add 6-8% DMEA of the resin mass), stir evenly at medium and low speed, add water gradually and slowly, the viscosity may increase with the increase of water in the early stage, which is a normal phenomenon, continue to add water, the viscosity will increase It can be lowered, and the amount of water added can be determined according to the actual situation of the customer.
- WL-152 is suitable for use with amino resins such as Cymel 303LF, Cymel 327 to improve performance.
- The suitable baking temperature range is 130-190℃, and the baking temperature is mainly set according to the selection of amino crosslinker
Storage Condition
Store the product in a cool and dry place, the recommended storage temperature is 0~40℃. The shelf life is one year. After the expiration date, if the test passed, it still can be used.
