Soft Film-Forming Acrylic Emulsion For Water Based Varnish For Polypropylene Felxo Inks

WQ-2015 acrylic emulsion is self-closslinking and excellent film-forming emulsion. WQ-2015 acrylic resin is specially designed for flexo & gravure ink and varnish, pigment dispersions, overprint varnishes, water based OPV. It promotes gloss, holdout, and resolubility in printing ink and overprint varnish formulations and can also be used to produce inorganic and organic pigment dispersions. WQ-2015 aqueous acrylic emulsion has excellent adhesion and good water resistance.

Remark:
1. Premix ( ①＋②＋③), then add ④＋⑤+⑥, add the above materials and stir at the same time, at a constant speed, finally add ⑦.
2. *: DOWSIL™ 51 Additive diluted with Ethanol =1:1
AGITAN® 351 Defoamer diluted with Ethanol =1:1(Adjust the amount as per needs)
3. 4#cup: 15 seconds ± 5
PH value: 8.20 ± 0.5%
4. Final inks: - (Ajusting it accoring to needs)
Yellow ink: varnish 65%+pigment paste 35% =100
Blue ink: varnish 65%+pigment paste 35% =100
Red ink: varnish 70%+pigment paste 30% =100
Black ink: varnish 70%+pigment paste 30% =100
