Instructions

WL-109 can be diluted with water after neutralization by N N-dimethyl ethanolamine the amount of which is about 4-5%of WL-109 .It has to

combine waterborne amino resin to make baking coating. The suggested amount is about 20-30% of YG-GR202 by weight. The baking temperature

is above 120. The baking conditions and film properties are related with the amino resins used. Right amount of waterborne acidic catalysts can

be added when using methyl etherified amino resin recommended adding amount is 0.5-1% of WL-109), which can accelerate solidifying

PH value of the coating system can always be adjusted with organic amine or ammonia. Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the PH value

increases. The resin can help to wet pigments, so wetting agent may reduce

Storage:

It is suggested that the product should be stored in a cool and dry weak alkaline place. The quality guarantee period is 6 months and the expired

products can still be used after passing the inspections
