Mirror-Effect Resin for plastic paints

Mirror effect coating is composed of special resins and precious metal pigment, the metal flashing is very similar to chrome-like effect, a mirror, electroplating. In almost all coatings applications, silver finishes remain a popular choices by stylists.

850B is an self-dry one-component resin,used for ABS,PS plastic paints

It makes aluminum powder and pearl pigment more fine and show great metal effect by adding aluminum powder or pearl pigment, as decorated paint, directly spray on the surface of ABS, PS, Wood materials and primered metal to get the electroplated effect. Fast dry and good adhesion with excellent properties of resistance to light, weather, alcohol, scratch, not contain heavy metal such as Pb, Cr.

Application:

Plastics, Wood and Primered Metal.

Note:

Keep the brushed surface clean, thoroughly dry and out of oil and wax.

Formula for making paint:

Resin 93%
Aluminum Paste 7%

Formula for making thinner

Butyl ester 20%
Ethyl Ester 30%
n-Butyl Alcohol 15%
IPA 25%
BCS 10%

If the damage appears on the plastics, adjust the portion of solvent to solve the problem.

Note: In summer, according to real condition, adding suitable quantity of BCS( referencedqty 3%)to spray by 1: 2 thinner.
