Introduction
WQ-1985 acrylic copolymer has good adhesion and excellent water resistance and good printability, it is recommended as a replacement for Joncryl 8052.
WQ-1985 is a self- crosslinked and styrene-acrylic copolymer emulsion and it can form a film at room temperature. Film-forming acrylic emulsion WQ-1985 is used for water-based printing inks on paper, film and foil substrates. Produced by new-generation polymerization process, it is specially designed for water based glazing varnish and printing ink. The varnish prepared with this product has fast drying speed and very high gloss, it has good compatibility with common acrylic polymers in the market. In addition, this product has good pigment wetting ability in relief and gravure inks.
