3.Epoxy white paint performance comparison

• Ethanol wiping Resistance performance:

Thickness of film is 23-26um, back at 80℃ for 30 minutes

Failed after 30 wipes Pass after 50 wipes

• Alkali resistance performance:

The film thickness all is 23-29um, after 80℃X30 minutes

Put it into 0.1mol/L NaOH aqueous solution and soak for 64 hours

After 64h of alkali resistance testing :

• Acid resistance performance:

-The thickness of the film is 23-29um, after drying at 80℃ for 30 minutes

-Put into 0.1mol/L sulfuric acid aqueous solution

-After 64 hours of soaking

-The paint surface of WL-213/WL-140 is slightly dull

-The paint surface of the contrast resin has large bubbles and cracks

• Salt spray resistance performance:

-The film thickness is 50-60um

-Test after 7 days in a constant temperature and humidity environment

-After 64 hours of salt spray resistance test, the white paint board of the contrast resin is corroded more
